Hello ! It’s been 5 months since our last blog post and to be honest, I’m not sure where that time has gone?

I’m sure most of you will have been into the salon now and seen the changes that we have made to ensure that your visit to the salon is a safe one.

THE NEW LAYOUT - Styling chairs are 2m apart and where we couldn’t create ‘distance’ we’ve screened.

The team are making every effort to ensure that we are COVID secure.

We have received some lovely feedback about our new systems and processes. We particularly love this review.

CLIENT REVIEW

WE HAVE INTRODUCED DIGI-MAGS

We want you to be able to read and relax whilst having your hair done. Don’t forget your kindle or Ipad and take advantage of downloading a magazine whilst you are visiting us.

WE ARE WORKING DIFFERENT HOURS

We have an A and B team. This should help us stay operational should a ‘track and trace’ occur. If one team needs to self isolate the other team will pick up extra hours and hopefully appointments can be fulfilled with minimum disruption.

Brows, Lashes, Waxing are offered by James from TEAM B.

James has his own ‘strip lash brand’ these are available to purchase from the salon.

Don’t forget to purchase your home hair care. We have an online shop so you can ‘top up’ your supplies whenever you need and have it delivered direct to your door.

COVID RULES- (as confusing as they sometimes seem)

Please arrive at the time of your appointment, (only people with an appointment will be allowed to enter the salon, this is to ensure that we maintain ‘distance’ and ‘safe spaces’)
Please wear your mask on entering the salon and for the duration of the service. (If you have a lung condition that makes you exempt, it is OK to not wear one)
Please wait to be greeted by a member of the team who will take your temperature, ask you to sterilise your hands and guide you to your seat.
Please remove your outdoor clothes and place in sterilised plastic container provided.
RELAX- we want you to still enjoy the little human contact that we are still allowed.
FEEL FABULOUS- Covid can’t take away our creativity!! We want you to forget about ‘lockdown hair’ and celebrate ‘FEELING FABULOUS’ again.
