PRICE INCREASE ADVANCE NOTICE 2025

Dear Valued Clients,

We want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for your continued loyalty and support over the past year and beyond. Your trust in us has enabled us to maintain our commitment to providing the highest quality stylists, products, and coffee—values that are at the heart of everything we do.

As an independently owned business with a dedicated team, we have always worked hard to keep our costs in check. However, over the past few years, we’ve seen significant increases in the costs of utilities, gas, electricity, telephone services, banking charges, water, stock, employment, business rates, service charges, and more.

This is our First Price Increase in 1.4 Years

While some of our competitors have raised their prices multiple times since January 2024, we have worked hard to maintain the same prices for over a year. We’ve absorbed these rising costs for as long as possible. However, we’ve now reached a point where a small price adjustment is necessary to ensure we can continue delivering the same level of care, quality, and ethical sourcing that you expect from us.

Details of the Price Adjustment:

  • Tracie Gunningham: A 10% price increase.

  • Lynda Penny: Lynda will be available to take on any of Tracie’s clients who prefer not to accommodate the new pricing. Lynda’s pricing will remain the same as Tracie’s 2024 rate, so there will be no cost increase for those transferring to her.

  • Tom Pearce, Allison Samuels, Tracey Rebeiro, Sarah Chapman: These stylists will move to the next tier of pricing, in line with their years of service at Envy, resulting in an average increase of 6%.

  • Josie Jackson and Jemma Gunningham: Both will see a 5% increase in their pricing.

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

We deeply appreciate your understanding as we make this necessary adjustment. The new prices will take effect on April 1, 2025.

Ensuring a Successful 2025

As we look to the future, Tracie Gunningham will be scaling back from working behind the chair to focus more on the management and operational side of the business. While Tracie will still be available for regular clients who still want to be serviced by her , consultations and to oversee the care of new clients, her primary focus will now be the overall running of the business. We ask for your support in this transition and encourage you to continue visiting the salon, where one of our highly skilled team members will be happy to serve you. Tracie will personally recommend a stylist who best suits your needs.

Rest assured, we have an incredibly talented team with tiered pricing based on experience. You can always trust that you’ll receive the high-quality service you expect.

We understand that no one likes price increases, and we never want to impose them. However, we hope you understand the reasons behind this decision and why we can no longer absorb these rising costs.
